This tour takes you to the first settlements of Buenos Aires. Beneath a beautifully restored 1830s mansion lies a spectacular labyrinth of wide, vaulted brick tunnels walled off and forgotten long ago. Tour these centuries-old foundations, walls, wells and cisterns to discover surprising stories of how the city’s past mirrors its present. Original brickwork, enticing archways and skilled ironwork are a gateway to the mysterious maze below.
Duración: 60 minutes. The entrance to the Complex is through Defensa Street 755 and the exit is through Chile Street 450. The tour includes the tunnel system under the entire block.
