Workshops

For me, "Holding space" for another is a pure expression of unconditional love. Creating the opportunity for another to see their own light surpressed in the shadows brought forward is both a humbling and inspiring experience. The journey of each who walk this path and call back their shadows is their own. Each will have their own unique expression of surpressed parts and equally unique reunion. My role is to reflect back your own bright light to guide you through the darkness and shadows until you are able to believe it is your own beautiful and inspiring light. Over time all will find the safe space inside, filled will love and nurture where the ability to slowly "hold space" for one's self emerges and the remnants of self judgement are replaced with self belief.
